Bode Contracting has successfully completed the Priory House development, transforming the former Birmingham forensic science laboratories into 79 luxury apartments.
Acquired by Elevate from Rainer Developments in March last year, this seven-storey building underwent extensive preparations before construction began. Bode Contracting kicked off the multimillion-pound, 55-week project in late June. We’re pleased to announce that the project is now fully complete, with all units occupied, including the show flat, marking the transformation of a key historical site in Birmingham into a high-end residential development.
